IS YOUR BRICK & MORTAR LOCATION STILL OPEN IN COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS?

YES. IF YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL GIFT CARD THAT WAS PURCHASED AT OUR BRICK & MORTAR LOCATION YOU MAY USE IT TO MAKE A PURCHASE ON OUR NEW ONLINE SITE. TO REDEEM THE BALANCE, PLEASE E-MAIL YOUR 18 DIGIT GIFT CARD NUMBER (LOCATED ON THE BACK OF YOUR GIFT CARD) TO OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT AT HELLO@SHOP-KIE.COM. ONCE WE RECEIVE THE ACCOUNT NUMBER ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR CARD, WE WILL E-MAIL YOU AN ONLINE CODE THAT CAN THEN BE REDEEMED TOWARDS ANY ONLINE PURCHASE.       

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ONLINE CODE? 

ONCE WE RECEIVE YOUR E-MAIL IT TAKES 24-48 HOURS TO PROCESS AND GENERATE YOUR NEW CODE.   

DOES MY CODE EVER EXPIRE?

CODES ASSOCIATED WITH OUR BRICK & MORTAR LOCATION GIFT CARDS WILL EXPIRE ONE YEAR FROM THE DATE YOUR CODE IS ISSUED. HOWEVER, DIGITAL GIFT CARDS PURCHASED THROUGH OUR NEW ONLINE SITE DO NOT EXPIRE. 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

ONLINE ORDERS SHIP OUT WITHIN 5-10 BUSINESS DAYS. HOWEVER, WE DO OUR BEST TO GET YOUR ORDER DELIVERED WITHIN 3-4 BUSINESS DAYS. 

WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE POLICY?

IF YOU RECEIVE A DAMAGED ITEM, OR PURCHASED THE INCORRECT SIZE, WE WILL EXCHANGE THE ITEM WITHIN 14 DAYS OF THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE DATE. THE ITEM MUST BE UNWORN AND HAVE THE ORIGINAL TAGS. 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

AT THIS TIME WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS.
